Inverted papilloma is an uncommon benign tumor lesion of the bladder.
The most common symptom is the presence of hematuria.
The lesion can occur in any age group from childhood to adulthood. Males are more commonly affected.
Surgical resection is the treatment of choice and the prognosis is good. Recurrences can occur, but it is unusual.
