Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma is an unusual tumor that more commonly occurs in the soft tissues of young adults. However, the tumor has ubiquitous distribution.
Even though there is no specific immunohistochemical panel for the diagnosis of this tumor, the use of the histiocytic marker CD-68 may help in labeling the neoplastic cells. This tumor is considered of low-grade malignant potential.
