D. Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
Epithelioid hemangioendothelioma is a tumor of ubiquitous distribution as it has been described in the lung, liver, bone, and soft tissue.
It is considered an intermediate grade vascular malignancy. Contrary to other more common liver epithelial tumors, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma will show positive staining using vascular markers (CD31, CD34, factor VIII(Drug information on factor viii)).
In unusual cases, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma may also show positive staining using epithelial markers (keratin).
