D. Choriocarcinoma
Discussion
Testicular pure choriocarcinomas are unusual germ cell tumors. Most of the times they are encountered in association with other germ cell tumors such as seminoma, endodermal sinus tumor, or embryonal carcinoma.
Common laboratory findings include increase human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in serum.
The tumor is more common in younger individuals. The clinical course is more aggressive than other germ cell tumors.
