Discussion

Adenomatoid tumors are benign tumors of ubiquitous distribution.

In this particular case, the finding of this lesion does not have a particular relationship with the uterine leiomyomata, and very likely represent an incidental finding.

However, it is very important to recognize this lesion and not to confuse it with a malignant neoplasm.
