TEST YOUR IMAGE IQ: A 26-year-old man was diagnosed with the nodular sclerosing subtype of Hodgkin lymophoma, stage II-A. He was started on cyclic combination chemotherapy consisting of adriamycin, bleomycin, vinblastine(Drug information on vinblastine), and dacarbazine(Drug information on dacarbazine) ("ABVD" therapy). Although generally tolerating the treatment well, about two weeks after the second cycle of treatment, he noted and complained about slightly pruritic discoloration of his trunk.
