Chest X-Ray of 27-Year-Old Woman Reveals ‘Sandstorm’ Pattern

A 27-year-old woman complains of dyspnea of several weeks duration. Chest radiographic films show bilateral infiltrates in the manner of a sandstorm. An open lung wedge biopsy is taken.
