43-year-old man presents with symptoms of fatigue and general malaise. Physical evaluation reveals the presence of enlarged neck lymph nodes. Biopsy of a lymph node is performed. What is your diagnosis?

A 43-year-old man presents with symptoms of fatigue and general malaise.  Physical evaluation reveals the presence of enlarged neck lymph nodes.  Biopsy of a lymph node is performed and is shown below.

A. Metastatic carcinoma to lymph node
B. Metastatic melanoma
C. Anaplastic large cell lymphoma
D. Kikuchi disease
