Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, new and innovative ways to exercise have been needed. Because of this, the at-home workout brand, Peloton, became a household name by providing riders the opportunity to work out with others in the comfort of their own home.

Nina Shah, MD, from the University of California, San Francisco, down with CancerNetwork® to discuss why she enjoys Peloton so much, how exercise is a huge lift to her overall wellness, and why she thinks it’s important to find time to escape the office and focus on herself every day.
