From KEYNOTE-B49 to Novel ADCs: Breast Cancer Trials to Watch at ESMO 2026

The 2026 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress takes place October 23 to 27 in Madrid, Spain, capping what Erika Hamilton, MD, director of breast cancer research at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, called a record year for the field. “We’ve had [10 new] FDA [indications] in breast cancer since May 1st of 2026,” she said. “We’re going to see a lot of new data at ESMO this year.”
