A 28-year-old woman with a history of nephrolithiasis has an abdomen CT scan to investigate an abnormality in the liver detected on a prior non-contrast CT performed in the emergency department. She has no other medical issues. Axial images from a contrast-enhanced CT scan are shown below (Figure 1 arterial and Figure 2 delayed phases).
