CHICAGO--Magic & Vanity, a Chicago-based boutique especially for female cancer survivors and patients, has launched a catalog featuring many of the unique items in its store.
"The vibrant, beautiful models in the catalog are all women who have either had cancer or are currently fighting cancer," said Lisa Kaplan-Melnick, owner and founder of Magic & Vanity and herself a cancer survivor. One of the models, Mary Campbell, said that "when women look at this catalog, they will see women like themselves--real survivors and patients--modeling breast forms, bras, and bathing suits, and doing so with pride in their looks."
The 16-page catalog guides readers through the sensitive process of selecting and fitting breast forms and bras. It also includes feminine hats and scarves that cover the nape of the neck and frame the face, swim suits and sunwear with the right necklines, a back support for women with metastatic bone disease, and inspirational gifts and accessories such as ribbon pins, books, and the unique "Circle of Hope" bracelet featuring the words Hope, Celebrate, Support, Promise.
To be put on the mailing list for the Magic & Vanity catalog, call 1-888-392-0092 or visit the boutiques website at www.magicvanity.com.
